We partnered with Eden to help them reposition their brand, both online and in-clinic, to reflect the quality of their services and expertise and withstand competition in a crowded, price-driven market.

Eden's team of experienced industry professionals is committed to providing quality, personalised services using the latest in laser technology. The huge growth in the aesthetics industry internationally over the last few years has resulted in increased competition locally and a downward pricing trend. Once the exclusive domain of specialist beauty therapists, cosmetic treatments such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal and cosmetic injectables are now offered with bulk discounts at most shopping centres.
As the Eden network grew, their operational needs evolved and their customers' habits changed, demanding more digital interactivity and more ways to engage with their brand.
Eden Laser Clinics engaged us to help them differentiate from their competitors and to offer their customers a more premium in-clinic and digital brand experience. They asked us to review their existing logo and visual identity and develop a consistent style that could be maintained across their expanding network of clinics into the future.
Eden also commissioned the design of a visually appealing website to reflect their new style, an improved user experience and best-practice technology.
An integrated, online booking process to streamline operations and an e-commerce store (coming soon) for their bespoke range of skincare products were also required.
Having assessed their brand equity, we refreshed the visual identity in a way that preserved the integrity of what they had, while making it more relevant and appealing to the current audience.
By refreshing rather than redesigning the identity, they could maintain brand awareness and enhance rather than disrupt the existing infrastructure and store fit-outs throughout their clinic network. We also designed a comprehensive Style Guide to empower their internal team going forward.
While they wish to remain competitive in a discount-obsessed market, we recommended that they lead with messaging that focuses on quality, customer care and value for money.
After researching their competitors and their target audiences, we designed a custom website to elevate their position in the market and educate and inform their customers.
We have also designed a suite of branded templates to assist their internal team to create quality, cost-effective marketing and communication material.
