As the leading dedicated Radiology Information Solutions (RIS) provider in the region for over 35 years, Comrad recently identified opportunities to make a difference to the wider healthcare industry.
Even though there have been so many significant medical developments in the last decade, healthcare is still a fragmented and often dysfunctional industry. To help overcome this, Comrad develop innovative digital solutions that can connect and streamline the flow of information to benefit patients and practitioners alike. Their mission is to connect the dots in the healthcare ecosystem.
Our brief was to reposition their brand to communicate this new mission.
Branding is not a company’s logo. Branding is a company’s history, business goals, relationships, culture, values and voice – represented by a logo.
First, we partnered with Comrad to develop a Brand Strategy – an immersive process that inspired them to discover then articulate their personality and their unique strengths as an organisation. This process provided a clear foundation for the repositioning of their brand in the healthcare sector and the essence of their new visual identity and communications.
Their new logo symbolises strength in unity, inclusivity, infinite innovation and information flow. The ‘Co.’ prefix also represents Comrad’s partnerships with their clients, their collaborators and with each other. Their commitment to a strong and inclusive culture lead to the definition of brand values that include challenging the status quo, bravery and accountability.
We also created a brand messaging framework designed to engage their various target audiences and drive positive behavioural change for better health outcomes.
Next, we brought the new Comrad brand to life with a custom website and a series of promotional videos and digital brochures for use across all media channels.
We designed Comrad’s new visual identity, values and brand language to communicate their mission to change the way people experience healthcare. This not only distinguishes them from their competitors, it also positions them at the forefront of digital information solutions in the wider healthcare space.
