The NSW Health Education and Training Institute commissioned us to undertake a comprehensive Communications Program for HETI in order to reposition the organisation as a leading provider of innovative professional development within the health sector.
This program commenced with in-depth developmental research which subsequently informed the whole program. This included a refresh of the HETI logo and visual identity, a colour palette and colour coding system to distinguish each department, a detailed internal and external Communication Strategy, and a style guide and suite of design templates to empower the organisation’s communication department.
Taking care to respect the existing brand equity, the HETI logo was redeveloped to reposition HETI as a contemporary, dynamic and innovative organisation. The organic shapes within the square represent the personal career development journey that HETI provides, always moving upwards on a quest for excellence through education and training.
The distinctive new logo and engaging visual identity now represent the complementary partnerships that form HETI and enable a world-class workforce going forward.
